The
Centre
Sport Nautique
was started in 1982, and will be celebrating it’s twenty years of
existence shortly. Our boathouse has during these years known many changes
and improvements.
20
years ago, Centre Sport Nautique started by offering water sports
facilities but it now finds itself with two wonderful catamarans "The
Coral Belle I & II", which has
just joined the team, offering you the opportunity to sail round the
island and visit the Gabriel
Island. Today our boathouse offers a
service of high standard to match our guest’s expectations.
We
have found it a must to put forward a mission statement in order to
satisfy our guest’s demands. Our mission statement since the very
beginning has been “ZERO
NEGATIVE GUEST COMMENTS”,
which our team has not stop following so that today we find ourselves with
100% guests satisfaction.
Our
Team
has been trained in such a way that a sense of discipline has been
inculcated and instilled in them so that they work in a proactive manner
and you won’t be surprise to notice that they anticipate guests needs.
Altogether, we work as a team and we are consistent in the services we
provide to you.
At
the Centre
Sport Nautique we
develop and practice a new customer service attitude characterized by
warmth, courtesy, skills and excellent product knowledge.
We
are deeply moved by each opportunity we have to greet you, our dear
guests, with our warmest welcome in our boathouse and on board our
